Enables the registration and management of an external user account (individual, entity/organisation) of the SIPWW System e-services. It supports the following activities in the System:
- Registration in the System of a basic account for an individual with access to all e-services.
- Creation and management of an account for an entity/organisation on e-services.
- Internal information exchange, supported by dedicated message boxes, between UMWW staff and e-services users (individual, entity/organisation).
